Shipping

Items usually ship within a week. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. You’ll receive an email when your order ships, with tracking information. Courier details may also vary depending on the items original shipping location.

For pre-order, limited/open edition releases, please allow an estimated 7-8 weeks for delivery. Due to the nature of made to order Items, all releases are considered final sale. No refunds/returns are accepted on any made to order or final sale items/products.

International Shipping

International shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery. We do not control or oversee fees or duties and cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes. The costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Estimated delivery times are not guarantees and items will sometimes get held up in customs or retention for weeks. If your package is held in retention, please contact your local postal services with your provided tracking details.

Notice: An additional shipping fee will be required to resend any returned packages due to uncollected reasons. Strictly NO REFUND will be issued due to uncollected packages and/or wrong shipping address information.
